Many undecided watch enthusiasts ask themselves whether watches are a good investment. The answer: It depends. As with other products, supply and demand determine the price.
In our experience, high class vintage watches from well-known brands are stable in value. This means that they maintain their value after adjustment for inflation. However, it is also no secret that certain watches experience enormous increases in value over time.
Vintage watches are no longer produced. Therefore the future offer is limited.  Also in the vintage market there are always trends that can increase the value of certain watches. For example hypes of certain eras (e.g. 70s, 80s) or the image of certain brands (e.g. Rolex). Re-editions can also increase the value of the original classic. Of course, the price range in which the watch is sold also plays a role. As a rule, high-priced watches have lower production figures than cheap mass products. This makes them inherently rarer, more exclusive and allows higher returns to be expected. Watches that fall into the category of costume jewelry are usually worthless after a very short time.
We do not want to promise you that vintage watches are the best value investment. However, we are sure that vintage watches are not the worst value investment.
When you invest in vintage watches, you get a form of return that stocks and shares can never offer: On the one hand they offer practical everyday use and on the other hand the great pleasure of a watch that definitely not everyone has!

Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge.
Shipping to Germany and Austria is 40 CHF.
We offer worldwide shipping. Please contact us before you buy to clarify the shipping modalities.
Place of dispatch is always Switzerland.
When shipping abroad, other fees such as customs duties or other taxes may apply and are to be paid by the buyer.

All our shop pictures are "out-of-the-camera", i.e. unprocessed.
Nevertheless, there may be some color deviations, depending on the monitor and color settings on which the pictures are viewed.

Condition of the watches

Our watches are exclusively used articles. Traces of use are normal for some decades old watches. A Vintage Watch does not have the claim to be in new condition. A certain amount of wear and patina is what makes such old watches so charming.

At this point we would like to point out that all our watches are sold as "not waterproof".

Return, guarantee and warranty"

Since our sold articles are second-hand goods and antiques, there is no right of return. Any warranty, as far as legally possible, is excluded, especially cancellation and reduction are excluded.

We sell our goods only by prepayment.
Products will only be shipped after receipt of payment.
As payment options we generally offer bank transfer, credit card and PayPal.
