The general terms and conditions (GTC) of the-vintage-watch.ch apply to the conclusion of contracts between Zeitkonzept Schlesselmann and buyers via the internet shop page www.the-vintage-watch.ch.

The terms and conditions apply in the version existing at the time of the order and can be adjusted at any time.

 

Products

Time concept Schlesselmann sells second-hand items, ie used products. Damage such as signs of wear, scratches, etc. are part of the offer. All branded products offered are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Our articles are limited to a quantity of only one copy. For this reason, a uniform evaluation grid, a detailed description of the item and photos specially made for the item are used. Our watches are in principle "not waterproof".

 

Conclusion of contract

The goods presented on the website www.the-vintage-watch.ch are an invitation to submit an offer.

By clicking the "Buy" button, the buyer accepts a binding offer (order) for the goods in the shopping cart from Zeitkonzept Schlesselmann.

The contract is concluded with the sending of the order confirmation by Zeitkonzept Schlesselmann by email to the buyer.

 

Prices
The prices in CHF stated at the time of the order apply. Since Schlesselmann's time concept is not subject to VAT, no separate VAT is charged. shown on the invoice.

 

Pay

Payment has to be made in advance (advance payment).

We generally offer transfer, credit card and PayPal as payment options. Payment via TWINT is also possible on request.

The purchase price must be received by Zeitkonzept Schlesselmann within 5 working days.

If the payment of the purchase price is not received by Zeitkonzept Schlesselmann within this period in accordance with Section 5 above, Zeit Konzept Schlesselmann waives the purchaser's subsequent performance without setting a grace period and withdraws from the contract. Time concept Schlesselmann is thus entitled to present the article again at any time on the Internet shop. The statutory consequences of default are excluded.

 

Delivery

We send our used watches via PostPac Economy Signature (registered). Shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is free. Transport damage must be reported by the buyer directly to the transport company. We ship to Germany and Austria via PostPac International Economy (liability up to CHF 1000) for a flat rate of CHF 40. For a surcharge, we can also offer liability up to CHF 3000. Worldwide shipping for 75 CHF (insured up to 3000 CHF)

The delivery to other foreign countries is expressly determined by prior agreement in compliance with statutory and tariff provisions.

The place of dispatch is always Switzerland. Therefore, there may be additional costs for deliveries abroad (in particular customs duties and processing fees), which the buyer bears.

The order is generally dispatched within 7 working days after receipt of payment. The delivery time is extended in the event of holidays, illness, emergencies and other impairments that can delay delivery. This also includes delays caused by circumstances such as force majeure, fire, water and all other hindrances that are not objectively caused by Zeitkonzept Schlesselmann.

 

Transfer of risk

The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are dispatched by Schlesselmann's time concept.

 

Use and danger

Use and risk of the purchased items are transferred to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the natural or legal person designated for dispatch.

 

Guarantee / warranty

Any guarantee, as far as possible by law, is excluded; in particular, cancellation and reduction are excluded.

Our goods are sold as "not waterproof".

 

Refund policy
The goods offered are used items. We explicitly draw your attention to the fact that for this reason there is no right of return.

 

Privacy

The customer data generated during the order processing are only used for internal market research purposes. A transfer to third parties only takes place on the occasion of the orderly processing of the order if this is necessary. With the purchase, the customer agrees to this. In addition, the data transmitted to Zeitkonzept Schlesselmann as part of the order is stored and processed in the IT system of Zeitkonzept Schlesselmann. The customer agrees to the registration and administration of the data. Outside of this declaration, no data will be passed on to third parties.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise agreed, Swiss law applies to all purchases and sales, deliveries and orders.

Place of jurisdiction: Basel / Basel-Stadt.

Time concept Schlesselmann reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
